As you have probably noticed, we have been keeping pretty quiet for the last few months. Despite the fact that we have some AWESOME Stargate props in the works, other projects have been incredibly demanding of our time
With that said, I want to assure you that all of our projects are still green lighted, and we intend to continue supporting Stargate costuming with this website and our projects. Here are some of the things we have done in the last 8 months that you might not have known about:
With that said, I want to assure you that all of our projects are still green lighted, and we intend to continue supporting Stargate costuming with this website and our projects. Here are some of the things we have done in the last 8 months that you might not have known about:
- Built a vacuum chamber for degassing silicone rubber, and purchased new vacuum pump
- Purchased a soldering station to improve the quality of all electrical components in our projects
- Retooled parts of the Ribbon Device prop
- Secured 3 "found items" (props based on real world products) which will be the basis of future articles to help you build your own props
- Gathered many parts for a new SG1 replica gun kit
- Completely disassembled a screen used Naquadah Generator MkII in preparation for molding
- Taken detailed measurements of all parts of the Naquadah Generator to aid in picking up some "off the shelf" components which were used in the original
- Launched our new Instagram account
- Complete molds for Naquadah Generator
- Replacing worn out P90 molds with new molds
- Molding some other cool SG kit items we have acquired
