Weird noise that three garages couldn't figure out

So my 320i has been making this faint knocking sound when I go over speed bumps, nothing dramatic but it's been bugging me for months. Took it to three different garages near Khalifa City and each one gave me a different answer. First said it was nothing, second said it was the exhaust, third said bushings but couldn't show me which ones. None of them actually fixed it, they just wanted to charge me for an inspection and send me on my way. I'm not asking for a miracle here, I just want someone who will actually diagnose the problem instead of guessing. Does anyone know a reliable BMW mechanic service in Khalifa City who actually takes the time to find the real issue rather than throwing parts at it? At this point I'll drive further out if I have to.
