I'm trying to one started but it's kinda hard to find the things that are not high priced.

Sometimes you can find inexpensive items on eBay. There are good substitutes for the team vest that you can buy for $20-$30 for example. Lightly used BDU uniforms are also out there, and can save you money.
You can absolutely put together a great SG costume on a budget. Just ask around the boards here if you have trouble finding any particular item and we can help you.
