I’m still kinda in that planning phase of starting a trucking company and honestly, I just realized how easy it is to forget the small big things, you know, like operating costs, permits, maintenance, and the cash flow part. It feels like one minute you’re excited, next minute you notice you missed a couple of important details, and then it’s not so easy anymore. So instead of rushing into it I’m trying to learn the trucking business plan writing process a bit better, so I can put together a realistic roadmap before I drop real money.
